Our table d'hôtes - Ecrins National Park

When the South meets the Mountain

To get together, around a dinner

The dinner of the table d'hôtes au Clot Saint Joseph is first and foremost a time for residents to meet and share, whether it's a summer meal around the barbecue while enjoying our homemade orange wine, or an aperitif around the fireplace to talk about the beautiful winter day that has just ended before sitting down to eat.

We are not restaurateurs, we have too much respect for our friends in the profession. But we have always loved cooking and sharing our table with our guests and friends. So, with the best possible regional products, we develop 100% homemade cuisinemixing recipes from the South and the Mountains, for a variety that we hope will suit everyone.

We offer mountain and winter dishes in winter, and avoid raclette in summer, sometimes preferring a delicious Aioli, much more suited to the season. We also often explore more distant flavors, Asian or Creole, so that our culinary horizons remain open beyond our valley!

At our table, wine also holds a special place, and we offer a simple but selected menu for enthusiasts with whom we are happy to share some discoveries.

The menu is developed according to reservations and fresh products available too. We ask that you reserve your dinner 24 hours in advance. In order to best manage our supplies. In the event of a confirmed allergy beyond a simple intolerance, we regret that we cannot welcome you to our table.

We are always happy to welcome you in table d'hôtes but we cannot open it every night of the year: feel free to check with us about opening times!
