We relax our cancellation conditions: free cancellation (and refund of deposit for the lodges) if new measures taken by the authorities no longer allow the stay you had booked.

In any case we will find the best solution that satisfies you and have changed our terms and conditions of sale in this sense. Let’s stand together!

The measures taken within our house

We are strengthening hygiene measures for our team, as well as our cleaning and disinfection plans for all our lodges, rooms and common areas, using professional methods.

We improve our laundry processes, also based on industrial flow principles.
We make hydroalcoholic gel distributors available at strategic locations in the home, and ask you to use them.

We will ensure that barrier gestures and social distances are respected: even if it is no longer possible to use our large communal tables, we will find solutions together to ensure that the conviviality of our house remains, while spacing tables and family groups.

At your request, we will be able to present all these protocols in detail, in order to show you our commitment to your health safety.

But these measures will not be effective without your contribution: we will also ask you to be the benevolent actors.
