Our Table d’Hôtes – Ecrins National Parc

When South meet with Mountains

Pleasure to meet around a dinner

The dinner at the Table d’Hôtes at Clot Saint Joseph is above all a time of meeting and sharing among the residents, whether it is a summer meal around the barbecue while tasting our homemade orange wine, or an aperitif around the fireplace to tell the beautiful winter day that has just ended before coming to eat.

We are not restaurateurs, we have too much respect for our friends in this business. But we have always loved cooking and sharing our table with our guests and friends. So, with the best possible regional products, we develop a home cooking, mixing recipes from the South and the Mountain, for a variety that we hope will suit everyone.

We offer mountain and winter dishes during winter, and avoid raclettes in summer, sometimes preferring a beautiful Aioli, much more suited to the season. We also often travel to more distant flavors, Asian or Creole, so that the window of our kitchen remains open beyond our valley !

At our table, wine also holds a place of choice, and we offer a simple but selected list for amateurs with whom we willingly share some discoveries.

The menu is based on bookings and fresh produce available so we ask you to book your dinner 24 hours in advance in order to be able to manage our supplies as best we can. In case of proven allergy beyond a simple intolerance, we regret not being able to welcome you to our table.

We are very please to have you for dinner, but our Table d’Hôte cannot be opened all evenings through the years. Do not hesitate to check this out with us !
