General Sales Conditions

1 – Home and Departures: The reception is from 5pm. At 9pm, without any news from you, the booking is cancelled. Accommodation must be vacated before 10am on the day of departure.
2 – Other conditions: Free Wi-Fi. Access to the private garden. Baby beds, bathtubs and high chairs are loaned free of charge for children under 3 years of age, within the limits of equipment availability. Please report any broken, broken or damaged devices.Out of respect for the neighbours and under the law, you are asked to limit the noise after 10 p.m. Smoking in the house is prohibited; ashtrays are available outdoors, in the garden and on the terraces. Our animal friends are not accepted. Any behaviour that does not comply with these living conditions will lead us to ask you to leave our house without any refund or compensation.
B&B Rooms: All our rooms have en suite bathrooms. Breakfast and laundry (bed and toilet) are included in the price. Thank you for not eating in the rooms. Access to the rooms is reserved exclusively for guests who stay there. Breakfast is served from 8am to 9.30am.
Lodges: A review will be made with us when you arrive and depart. In case of damage to premises or furniture or equipment, you will be charged an amount equivalent to the cost of repairing or renewing equipment.
3 – Booking:
Rooms: Stays are guaranteed only when your credit card number (CB) has been deposited on the website through our booking tool.
Lodges: Stays are guaranteed only when your CB number has been deposited on the website through our booking tool, and a down payment of 30% of the amount of the stay will be deducted.
For bookings in rooms or lodgings that do not use our Internet platform with warranty by CB, the booking will be validated upon receipt of an amount corresponding to 30% of the price of the stay.
Your booking is nominative and cannot be transferred to a third party, either for free or expensive.
In any case, a booking confirmation will be sent to you by email.
4 – Payment: We accept cash payments, by credit card (except American Express), but bank cheque payments are no longer accepted.
Rooms: You will pay the amount of the stay on site.
Lodges : The balance of the stay is to be paid 2 weeks before the start of the rental. In the case of an online booking guaranteed by your CB number, we will deduct the amount of the balance of the stay at that time. For a reservation made outside the Internet platform, please send us the balance by preferably bank transfer, or by bank cheque issued at the order of "C2PDL SAS".
Consumption and additional services not mentioned at the time of booking will be paid at the end of your stay.
The residence tax is a local tax that you will have to pay on the spot: we then return it to the public treasury. It amounts to 0.80 euros per adult per night for guest rooms and 0.90 euros per adult per night for lodges.
5 – Cancellation and refund:
5-1 – Cancellation by the custom

DGES – More than 90 days before 0% of the booking amount is due, your deposit will be re
funded- From 90 to 30 days before 30% of the booking amount
is due- From 30 to 14 days before 50% of the booking amount
is due- Between 14 days and the booking date, 100% of the booking amount is due
– In the case of an online booking guaranteed by your Credit Card number: the amount due at the time of cancellation, will be deducted by the use of your Credit Card having served as
a guarantee.- In the case of a reservation not using our Internet platform with guarantee by CB: please send us the amount due by bank transfer.

thout delay;– Having read these General Terms of Sales and Life before your booking, you cannot object or dispute the payment of any penalties generated by your cancellation;–
We reserve the right not to make the request for payment of cancellation penalties , or to refund the deposit, following your cancellation under exceptional reason, which we show only control.
5-1-2 No show: If you do not show up before 9pm on the scheduled day of arrival of your stay, your booking is cancelled, 100% of your booking remains of the year and we can again have our accommodations available for other customers.
5-1-3 In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the initial stay remains fully acquired.
5 – 2 – Cancellation by the owner: When we have to cancel a stay, we must inform you by email. Without prejudging remedies for damages, you will be reimbursed immediately for the amounts paid.
6 Specific Considerations COVID 19 – Cancellations
6 – 1 – In case of declaration of illness during your stay in the establishment, it will be impossible for us to insure a health quarantine imposed by the health authorities or your doctor. You will therefore be forced to shorten your stay with us, and we will be sorry. Very of course we will refund the share of the stay not made.
6 – 2 – In the event of new restrictive sanitary measures imposed by the authorities due to pandemic (e.g. new confinement or traffic restriction), which would prevent you from making the stay booked in our establishment, we will offer you either to postpone your stay or to reimburse you.
